Aloe vera Cramp Drink:
Here is the first and the best drink to stop your Cramp immediately.. Hey girls… It’s really very effective and my own favorite too… Totally amazing drink and very easy to prepare at home.
- Fresh Aloe vera gel – 1 leaf
- Cumin seeds (Jeera) – 1 tbsp
- Ajwain (omam)- 1 tbsp
- Curd – 3 tbsp
- Water as required
Add all the ingredients to a mixer jar and blend it well.
Once it becomes like a smoothie, it’s now ready to drink.
Benefits of Aloe vera:
- It contains antioxidant and antibacterial properties.
- It lowers blood sugar levels.
- It Accelerates the healing of burns
Cinnamon tea is the second remedy for menstrual pain. Cinnamon will not only trigger your period it also reduces your PMS (Premenstrual syndrome) and menstrual symptoms. It helps to reduce nausea and pain immediately without any side effects.
- Cinnamon Powder – 2 tbsp
- Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
- Honey – 3 tbsp
- 4. Water – 1 glass (tall)
Take two tablespoons of cinnamon powder and mix it with a glass of water.
Then bring it to boil for 10 minutes
Switch off the flame
Add lemon juice and honey and mix it well
Now it’s ready to drink.you have to drink it once a day with your breakfast or before your dinner.
